Chocolate Mini Egg Nests

Seeing this, you might be thinking to yourself that 'Easter is over Jasmin' or that you can't face another Easter egg which is fair enough but part of me is still clinging on to the Easter bank holiday feeling plus, I love mini eggs and surprisingly have a stash left over! Besides who doesn't love a chocolate Cornflake cake or two?

Review: Soap and Glory - Orangeasm Bath and Body Range

I'm a huge fan of the Soap and Glory make up range, so many great finds within the lipsticks, face powders and their brilliant eyebrow products. However I've had a bit of a love/hate relationship with their bath and body range.

The Bloggers Market

A few weeks ago, I was excitedly waiting for the weekend to hurry up and arrive (actually I do this every week), more so than usual as I couldn't wait to attend The Bloggers Market at the Hoxton, Holborn Hotel in London. The previous Bloggers Market was last Summer and I remember rushing from the opposite end of London only to get to the market with only 10 minutes to spare but still  managing to secure the pink leather camera bag on the What Olivia Did table and it was half price! This time I made sure to arrive at the Bloggers Market pretty early so I wouldn't miss out.

Review: Urban Decay - Gwen Stefani Lipstick and Lip Pencil

An article in Stylist magazine caught my eye last week as it featured Gwen Stefani talking about taking back control when your life falls apart. Now it's fair to say I already have a girl crush on Gwen Stefani, she's always struck me as a kick-ass woman who isn't afraid to work hard in order to achieve her goals, plus she always has perfect lipstick when doing all of the above, but after reading the article I gained even more respect for her and thought it was about time I brought out my purchases from her Urban Decay collaboration.

The Travel Edit: Having A Break From It All

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that recently I escaped London for a few days by jetting off to Andalusia for some much needed winter sunshine.

Review: Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup Foundation

Last week my Chalotte Tilbury Magic Foundation ran out. It's foundation I loved using and I would definitely repurchase it, but I've been using it since September last year and so part of me wondered if there was something else foundation wise I should give a go (it's the beauty addict in me, I can't help it) So that morning when I saw the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Nourishing Fusion Makeup Foundation (yep it has a pretty long name) on Tea Party Beauty's Instagram, it reminded me that I'd been meaning to give this a go, but I'd wanted to finish one foundation before trying another.

Glamour Beauty Festival

I woke up super excited yesterday as I was going to be heading down to the Saatchi Gallery for the first ever Glamour Beauty Festival! It's no secret that I'm a bit of a beauty addict (a bit!) so yesterday afternoon I was very much like a kid in a sweetshop as I marvelled at all the amazing beauty and hair treats right in front of me, it was so much fun!

The Style Edit: House of Fraser SS16 Accessories*

As well as getting an amazing preview of the Fraser Home SS16 collection recently, we were also treated to a preview of the womenswear, menswear and accessories collections for SS16. The House of Fraser collections were incredible, so many gorgeous items catching my eye with every room being a showcase of beautiful things. There's quite a lot to share so today it's all about accessories with Womenswear and Menswear to follow soon.

Review: Lottie London Nail Polish - Prom Night

I love nail polish, I have a whole draw full of them and in all different shades but there is something about a classic Red Cherry shade that I just love! I can wear it all year round and it just brightens my mood, making me happier when I'm feeling a bit blurgh!

Cosmonauts: Birth of the Space Age Exhibition

For as long as I can remember, I've loved learning about the planets and space travel, so last Friday I was very excited to be going along to the late night opening at the Science Museum to see the Cosmonauts exhibition, about the first journeys into space.

Review: Úna Brennan Vitamin C+ Brighten eye cream

The Superfacialist by Úna Brennan Vitamin C+ Brighten eye cream made it onto my February favourites in record breaking time and no-one was more surprised than me. I should point out that I was quite the eye cream sceptic, having tried so many and rarely witnessing many of the miracle claims made.

Review: Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Matte Lip Colour - La Romanesque

Lipsticks! I love them, nothing like a gorgeous lipstick to brighten up the complexion. Unfortunately for my bank balance though, I love all types of lipstick with may have a slight weakness for the designer variety (cue the monkey covering its eyes and mouth emojis).

The Weekend Edit

This last weekend was incredible from start to finish. A beautiful weekend filled with good friends and family. I went to bed so happy and content last night and woke up today feeling so grateful for everything, I know, I know that's super cheesy, but it's true!

February Favourites

February was quite an eventful month what with having surgery, getting some Winter sun with a little holiday in Spain, getting quite poorly again, planning and going on my best friend's hen party and getting back into blogging. It was a month in which I craved comfort so I often snuggled up in my Zara cashmere poncho as I curled up with Netflix or a good book with a cup of hot chocolate or my new favourite chocolate Horlicks!

The Style Edit: London Fashion Weekend - Trend

                                                                                                                                                                *
I have to say last weekend was pretty amazing! It kicked off with an afternoon off work on Friday as my lovely friend Kate and I were heading to London Fashion Weekend. We had such a fun time, it was the perfect way to start the weekend! We attended two catwalk shows and did a spot of shopping which was great especially as I found my dream embroidered Bomber jacket!! Kate and I were on the front row for the the Trend catwalk show which was an incredible showcase of the four key trends for this season into the next.

Getting Back Into Yoga with Barbara Currie*

Trying to incorporate more yoga practice into my life is always on top of my to do list, but sometimes life takes over and the good intentions fall by the way side. That was very much the case at the end of last year and into the beginning of 2016 as I tried my best to manage work and life while dealing with anxiety and health problems. Then just when I needed it the most an invite to attend a yoga session at the famous Pineapple Studios with Barbara Currie (the 'Godmother of Yoga') landed in my inbox and I didn't hesitate to accept.

Preview: House of Fraser SS16 Home Collection*

House of Fraser are launching Fraser Home SS16 today. House of Fraser have really pulled out all the stops and have produced one of the best home wear collections for SS16. There is just so much choice and so many beautiful pieces I've been adding to my wish list, some of them are moving onto the purchased list to be honest!

Review: Estée Lauder Enlighten EE Creme

The Estée Lauder Enlighten EE Creme has been one of my best beauty purchases this year. I first heard it recommended by Vivianna on a The Lively Show and curious to give it a try so I picked up some samples from my nearest Estée Lauder counter and gave it a go.
