As you may have seen, I recently headed off to an amazing Yoga retreat in Ibiza and I've been trying to keep up with my yoga practice now that I'm back in London. As part of that I'm very excited about attending the Mind Body Soul Experience Show and the Om Yoga Show coming up later this month at Olympia in London and the excitement doesn't stop there.........
